Certified Cleanroom

Our manufacturing processes are strictly conducted in an ISO Class 5 cleanroom only. A cleanroom is classified by how clean the air in the room is. An ISO Class 5 cleanroom only has at most 100,000 dust particles per m3, as compared to the typical city environment air which has around 35,000,000 dust particles per m3. Our cleanroom is constantly maintained at below 50,000 dust particles per m3 to best serve the needs of our clientele. Our highly controlled cleanroom production environment promises high quality assurance to our clientele, as we understand the importance of having an uncompromised level of cleanliness and sanitation for manufacturing hospital grade disposable medical devices.
